This study was carried out to determine the effects of sex, castration and dehorning on behavioralcharacters of Korean native goats. Sixty goats (M : horned male, MD : dehorned male, MC : castrated male,MDC : dehorned and castrated male, F : horned female, FD : dehorned female) were allotted to 6 pens, with 10 goats per pen. Behaviour measurement was done at 5 and 7 months of age. Behaviour classifiedas maintenance with other goats was significantly higher in male goats than female goats (p<0.05). Withdehorning, walking was increased at 5 months of age, but significantly decreased in male goats at 7 monthsof age (p<0.05). By dehorning, agonistic interaction were decreased in male goats, but it was increased infemale goats. Castration didn't induce any behaviour difference at early age. Feeding and walking time washowever decreased at 7 months of age, whereas lying time was increased.
